We're updating our Service Request Form as part of our work order system upgrade. The new version will help us serve you faster and more efficiently

Facilities Operations provides maintenance, custodial and construction services to most buildings on the MU campus, except:

  • University of Missouri Health Care (hospitals & clinics)
  • Intercollegiate Athletics facilities

Problems in these facilities should be reported to their appropriate service desks.

Students, please call your RA or HC before calling the emergency number.
